Linda Medsker,
President & Founder: Has a diverse background in marketing and consulting.
A statistician and researcher by training, Ms. Medsker applies
those skills to helping investors analyze strategies and the
viability of deals. She manages a loan portfolio of over $10-million
in hard money in Metro Atlanta and has structured more than $60-million in hard
money loan transactions in Metro-Atlanta alone since 2002. She guides investors and the business
through innovation and determination.

Terry Higgins, Vice
President: is a real estate professional with over 16 years
experience as a real estate appraiser. He is a Certified Real
Estate Appraiser in Florida and Georgia; he holds the
designation of CREA. Mr. Higgins previously
owned an appraisal firm, is an experienced inspector and
has personally seen thousands of renovation
projects in Florida and Georgia. He has
been a licensed mortgage broker in Florida since 1978. Higgins
brings a wealth of valuation and inspection experience to the
team.
